Chris Sharratt
Chris Sharratt is a writer and editor based in Glasgow. He writes about contemporary art and culture for, amongst others, frieze, Art Agenda, ArtReview, Art Quarterly, a-n, Art & Education and Sculpture Magazine.
As a freelancer, Chris has edited numerous online and print publications. These include the website and quarterly print magazine of Sync, a Creative Scotland-supported digital innovation programme, and Manchester Metropolitan University’s Digital Innovation website. He was an editor, editorial adviser and writer for the Nesta / ACE Digital R&D Fund, contributing to its Native website and magazine.
Before going freelance Chris was executive arts editor for Metro newspaper and prior to that editor of the Manchester magazine, City Life.
