Mario Antonioletti
Mario joined EPCC at the University of Edinburgh in 1995 as a training and education officer. Since then he has been involved in a large number of academic and commercial projects. His first degree was a BSc in Mathematical Physics from the University of Edinburgh, a Part Three at Cambridge and finally a PhD at Cardiff. He was a PRINCE2 practitioner (Dec 2014, now expired), a Carpentry instructor and a STEM ambassador. He can program in a number of programming languages including C, FORTRAN, R, Python, etc.
In his spare time Mario enjoys reading, playing classical guitar and struggles to play viola in a local amateur orchestra. Since the pandemic in 2019 he has been doing a lot of rather slow running.
