Amanda Tyndall

Originally a science writer and editor – and an unashamed self-confessed geek – Amanda is passionate about science and its relationship to broader culture. With over 20 years’ experience of science communication she is committed to exploring novel ways of engaging the public with science through live events. Before joining the team in Edinburgh she worked for the Science Museum in London, the Café Scientifique network and the Royal Institutions of Great Britain and Australia. Amanda has a particular interest in linking science with the arts and digital/creative industries to better provide audiences with memorable engagement experiences with science at their heart.
